| We loan because: | A lot of people really, really underestimate the difference a safe, secure home can make to someone's health, employability and financial security. If a person does not feel safe and secure, it is difficult for them to meet even their most basic of needs. Improving housing in an area also enriches the area as a whole, helps prevent people from becoming victims of crime, and gives parents a legacy for their children. |
