Why are you interested in becoming a Trustee?

The resilience of and support for small businesses and entrepreneurs is at the heart of Kiva’s programs, and those things are essential to DoorDash’s story. DoorDash is grateful to partner with Kiva in support of their work helping entrepreneurs launch, grow, and sustain small businesses, expanding economic opportunity in local communities at a time when it has never been more critical.

What is the mission of your organization?

DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies, and we know we can only achieve that through inclusive access to opportunity. Through our initiatives to support women, immigrant, and people of color-owned businesses on our platform, and by supporting organizations working on the cause, our goal is to solve problems of equity in small business ownership.

Applicants must be current DoorDash partner merchants participating DoorDash's initiatives for women, immigrant, and people-of-color owned businesses.
