- Why are you interested in becoming a Trustee?
- Having been a part of the Kiva family for 7+ years, as both a Kiva Fellow in Liberia and an employee at SF HQ, I have seen first-hand the impact that access to opportunity can have. As a Trustee, my goal is to continue to create opportunity for hardworking, entrepreneurial people who have limited access to capital.
- What is the mission of your organization?
Borrower Due Diligence
- How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?
- I will only endorse borrowers who I know personally. I will evaluate their business plan, look at market opportunities, and meet with them multiple times before deciding to endorse a borrower.
