Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

SunDown Group is the managing member of the SunDown Fund, an early stage risk capital fund. SunDown Group already has established an investment committee and executive board that decides on the who gets investments from the fund and manages the due diligence process of conducting background checks on the entrepreneurial team, evaluates the business model, and looks at the overall viability of the company.
