Why are you interested in becoming a Trustee?

We have a passion for serving business owners and the greater community, and by being a trustee, we can do even more to continue that work. We have years of experience helping business owners achieve their goals, and we want to extend our services to those who are looking to increase capital for their existing business, or access capital to begin a new business. The Asian Business Association represents Asian American business owners and creates business opportunities for its members and their diverse communities.

Borrower Due Diligence

How will you decide who to endorse as a borrower? What due diligence will you conduct?

The Asian Business Association has networks of ABA members and beyond whom we have gotten to know over the years. Would would do our best to endorse folks who we feel have good character and financial stability and promise to pay off the loans. We would do due diligence in reviewing documents related to the business (i.e. business plan, projections, financial statements, personal credit reports, etc.) in helping to make that determination.
