- I believe that the most effective way to help the world improve is by supporting women in becoming financially independent through starting, running and growing their own businesses. When we give women economic power we also give them the power to help their families, to have more influence on how many children to have, and to employ other people in their community. In short, I help women because women help everyone around them.

- Although I consult in the US, especially in my hometown of the Silicon Valley, California, I primarily work with international Japanese companies who are committed to becoming truly global companies. In fact, I travel to Japan a couple of weeks most months. My customers are determined to become truly global business leaders. Global business leaders solve global problems profitably. My work helps my customers help the world in a profitable way so that they can stay in business to help even more in the future.
