About me:
Julie Huang, a native of Canton China, has lived in New York City since 1986, and speaks fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a graduate of the world renowned Fashion Institute of Technology. In 1998, Julie started investing in real estate, specializing in purchasing below market, “handy man specials” in the Whitestone area of Queens. She hired contractors to renovate these “hidden gems” and then she sold the renovated homes at a profit. As a result of her investments, she formed numerous professional and social relationships with bankers, lawyers, accountants, brokers, and other real estate professionals. She has represented both buyers and sellers in countless transactions. Julie started her own real estate brokerage firm in the state of New York on Jan. 05, 2016. ACJ International Realty LLC.
