I won the birth lottery and was born in Australia to refugee parents who had fled Vietnam; previous to that, their parents had left their hometown in China in pursuit of a better life. So here I am, lucky to have learned the skills to start-up multiple businesses in different industries and to be able to enjoy the financial security as well as the freedom and flexibility that that affords and so thankful to have had the opportunity to travel all over the world during my time as an award-winning food & travel blogger.
