Well... "Life is full of suffering (spiritually and physically)... Suffering is caused by desire and ignorance... However, suffering can be eliminated through four tools; hard work (effort), mediation (prayer), understanding (study), and compassion (No one said liberation would be easy)... In daily practice keep in mind "You will reap what you sow... Either here in the present, or in the afterlife." and because we should all help each other... "Under the bright sun, many of us are gathered together with different languages, different styles of dress, even different faiths. However, all of us are the same in being humans, and we all uniquely have the thought of I, and we´re all the same in wanting happiness and in wanting to avoid suffering."
About me:
I lead a team effort of inspection, testing and maintaining a variety of fire protection - life safety systems at numerous properties in the mid-atlantic region.
