I loan because:
I want to help people. I define an opportunity as anytime my path crosses another person's path whether in person, online, by telephone, or other means. This includes but is not limited to work for which I am paid money. I try to make the most of my opportunities. I feel an obligation to help those around me to make the world a better place. I am grateful that I can do my part. I like the saying that the measure of worth of any person's life is that the world is a little better because a person has lived. I hope that through my loans on Kiva and other outreach efforts I can brighten my corner of the planet and even reach people in other parts of our world to bless them also.
About me:
It is time-consuming but very rewarding I enjoy doing volunteer work on the side when I can fit it into my busy schedule with job and school.
