Sam S. is 35 years old and resides with her husband in the Kampong Cham province. She has one young school-aged child and has a business selling grocery items in front of a garment factory. On average, she is able to make about US$4 per day. Her husband is a moto-taxi driver and earns US$3 of profit every day.
