A loan of $600 helped expansion of restaurant eating area.

Kamoljon's story

Kamoljon has been cooking shish-kabab for over 11 years. He learned this skill from his father. When he was a little boy, he used to come after school to help his father. Currently he works independently at a separate business site and has constant, regular clients. He cooks shish-kabab from several types of meat: beef, lamb and chicken.

His family keeps livestock at home, which is a cheaper alternative to purchasing meat from others'. Since he feeds his livestock good quality fodder, his shish-kabab is very palatable. Currently the place where he works is rented, and he would like to buy dishes and expand the area where his clients sit. In the future he would like to add other types of national meals to his menu.
