Chum K. is 30 years old and lives with his wife, father, and two children in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. K. drives a motorcycle taxi and can make an average of about $10.00 per day. His wife (pictured here) stays at home and watches their two young children. K. hopes to use this loan to purchase a tuk-tuk (a passenger carriage attached to a motorcycle) to use as a taxi. In the future, the couple would like to build a concrete house that is more sturdy than their current house. Eventually, they hope that they will be able to send their children to university.
