A loan of $650 helped to buy mirrors, chairs, and a comb set.

Lucila's story

Lucila C. R. is part of the Communal Bank "Las Rosas." She lives in Jr. Guillermo Lumbreras Mz. 174 Lt. 3 del Distrito de Callería. Lucila is 59 years old and has 7 children. Her husband works in agriculture.

The first loan she received was for 300 Nuevo Soles, after 3 years of membership in Manuela Ramos. At first she had a grocery store, but unfortunately it had to close. Later, with her children she sold beauty products and built a small salon in her house. Over time she has gained clientele and wants to continue moving forward. Her most recent loan is for 2,000 Nuevos Soles. This will be used to buy mirrors, chairs, and a comb set for her beauty shop. Additionally, part of the loan will be invested by her husband for yucca cultivation. Although people always suffer from health problems, she is dedicated to moving forward and complying with the loan agreement.

She is very grateful to Manuela Ramos for believing in her. She feels very satisfied because there has been collaboration in her home, with her daughters and husband.
