Ella posee un negocio de venta de lácteos los cuales los comercializa de forma ambulante junto a su esposo, ya que este posee una pequeña camioneta la cual les sirve para repartir el queso en diferentes lugares del departamento de la Libertad, ambos poseen muy buenas referencias crediticias y además gozan de muy buena fama por ser personas muy responsables y trabajadoras. Norma tiene muy buenas ventas ya que posee clientes fijos los cuales compran siempre su producto. Ella solicita un préstamo ya que su deseo es el poder incrementar las ventas, debido a que desea que sus hijos continúen estudiando y teniendo una vida suplida de todas las necesidades básicas, gracias a l préstamo obtenido ella podrá comprar más queso el cual la proveerá de mayores ganancias.
