A loan of $325 helped purchase of fertilizer for his farm.

Feliciano's story

Feliciano is 64 years old, has been married for 30 years, and has 8 children, of which 3 live with him. His agricultural activities begin at 5:00 am. He goes home at 8:00 am to eat, then returns to his fields with his animals, and ties his bulls and the donkey in places with a lot of grass, so he can work peacefully. His wife later takes his lunch to him.
Once he finishes eating, he and his wife work together happily, because their crops have sustained them over many years of marriage. Feliciano grows spinach, cauliflower, lettuce, etc. Each weekend he harvests, and his wife takes the crops to the Sunday markets in Tarma to sell them. This work dynamic has allowed them to educate their children who now work in other cities, but they still have parental responsibilities to their younger children, so they go to the city to buy their school uniforms.

In this 8th loan to the communal bank called "Onward to the Huaracayan Future", Feliciano has just become a new member, and he promises to make his payments on time to MFP, to which he is very thankful for the opportunity they have given him. The money he requests is for fertilizer for his fields to nourish his seeds, which have allowed him to live a comfortable life.
