A loan of $325 helped to buy general foodstuffs.

Léma Yérima's story

Léma Yoyo is a resident of the Hedzranawoé neighborhood on the outskirts of Lomé. She is married to a car mechanic and has two children.
To generate income, Mrs.Yoyo runs a business selling general foodstuffs. She has added to this the sale of rechargeable cell phone cards. She began the business in 1996 and buys her supplies from the main market in Lomé. She wants to grow the business in order to be of better service to her customers, hence the reason she is asking WAGES for her first loan to buy two boxes of oil, one drum of oil, two bags of rice and miscellaneous items.
