Mrs. M. is a resident of Barangay Napilan, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental. She is 44 years old, married and blessed with six children. Two of her children are studying in college and high school. She has a Sari-Sari Store and started it during her first cycle of loans. She sells to neighboring barangays, or towns.

She is requesting Php14,500 (US$325) to buy additional inventory. Her business helps in supporting her family's daily needs and by sending her children to school.

She is thankful to Paglaum for helping them in their capital needs. Her hope and aspiration for the business is to become a mini-grocery someday. She’s also hoping that, with the help of her business, she can send her children to school and have a better standard of living for the family.
