Hace mas de 20 años que se dedica a este negocio ella dio inicio por que necesitaba un trabajo, para sustentar a su familia y educar a sus hijos y decide establecer este negocio rentable en su vivienda. Los propósitos de Doña María son de mantener su clientela ya que tiene que mejorar cada día en la elaboración de sus productos. El financiamiento solicitado por Doña María es para la compra de materia prima como leña, cal y maíz.
