Mex M. is fifty-six years old, married, and lives with three of her children in the Kampong Cham province. She and her husband are farmers who typically make about $2 each day and are supported by two children working in the garment factory. In light of economic difficulties, she is asking for a loan of $1200 to purchase a motorbike for her children to commute to work. This will reduce their daily transportation costs.
