A loan of $425 helped for the increase of her merchandise.

Julia's story

Julia lives with her husband and three daughters in a rented house. For 10 years, she has been selling various items, garments, ornaments, key chains, among other things, all aimed at a younger audience. Generally, she works in the evenings, since during the day she tends to her children.

She varies her fashion line according to the season and trends. On weekends, Julia sells her products at a town trade fair where she can gain higher returns. The rest of the days, she sells at a market in her neighborhood.

Julia's goal is to have several stands for selling her products in order to promote economic growth for her family, and so far, she is very proud of what she has achieved to date. This is the second time she has had a loan with MFP. Julia has a great sense of humor, which she exhibits in each meeting with her community bank. She also has committed once again to forge a common bond with all of her peers. She requests the money for the purchase of wholesale merchandise to buy t-shirts, key chains, and other items according to the season and trends.
