Juana Mercedes's story

Juana Mercedes M. is 59 years old and married. Juana has two children who work and study. She has run a general store for more than five years. She offers products like basic grains, cosmetics, clothes, vegetables, bread, and other everyday consumer goods. The business has been open for several years and has gradually expanded during this time, satisfying its customers' demands. Juana plans to increase her inventory to keep up her business and thus meet the demands of her customers. The funding will go to working capital, as she needs to buy consumer goods. Her dream is that her children will be able to run the business and take care of themselves in the future. The loan she seeks is for 10,000 córdobas.
