A loan of $400 helped to buy a sack of flour, a sack of sugar, yeast, plastic bags, a wooden spoon, and a fry pan.

Asotasi's story

Asotasi is a 45-year-old mother with two children. She owns and operates a small business of selling pancakes, pork cakes, and buns in her community to earn a living. She has been doing this for more than a year.

Asotasi requested a loan to buy a sack of flour, a sack of sugar, yeast, plastic bags, a wooden spoon, and a fry pan to assist her in running the business. She hopes to use her profit to build a small bakery store in the near future. She joined SPBD in 2015.
