Celina Alejandra's story

Celina Alejandra C. D. G. lives in Carmen, Zacatecoluca. At 42 years old, she struggles to proviD. basic necessities to her 4 children, ranging from 11-19 years of age, all of whom are in school. That is the reason that Celina works day in and day out at her food stand, where she sells popusas (a traditional Salvadoran food), candy, sodas, coffee, as well as other products, to the students of Instituto Nacional Del Rosario D. La Paz, the school near which her store is located. Celina is asking for a loan which she will use to improve the selection that she can offer in order to attract customers and improve her income, which in turn will allow her to proviD. food, clothing, and schooling to the 4 beautiful children who are her reason for getting out of bed every day.
