Mumtaz M.ramzan Group's story

Mumtaz baji is the wife of M. R. and has resided in a city named Vehari, Pakistan for the last 10 years. Mumtaz baji’s husband has a business selling cosmetics. He buys cosmetics from a famous city named Lahore and sells in parlors and cosmetic shops. He has been in this business for the last seven years. Mumtaz baji is applying for a loan to buy cosmetics to expand her husband’s business.

She is the group leader for some more women in her locality. Noreen anjum baji wants a loan to buy cosmetics for her parlor. Shamim baji wants a loan to pay off the installments on her auto-rickshaw (a local three-wheeled motor vehicle). Parveen akhtar baji wants a loan to buy paints to sell. Riaz baji wants a loan to buy scrap for her scrap business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members. Each group member will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
