Janet's story

Janet O. has been trading in the local market of Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana, where she lives with her family. She is 42 years old, married with three children. Her husband is a trader. She is a busy petty trader who sells tomatoes and other foodstuffs such as beans, onions, peppers, carrots, green peppers and salad leaves on top of table in the market.

Janet does not have sufficient working capital to run the business which retards her business progress.
