Sem S., 53, is a widowed rice farmer who lives in the Kampong Cham province with two of her children. She typically makes US$2 each day and is supported economically by some of her children. Her children are the biggest source of her income and she wants to take out a loan to aid them with their expenses. With a loan of US$700 from CREDIT, Sem S. wants to purchase blacksmith materials for her children.
