Soun S. P., 37, is married with five young children living at home in the Kampong Cham province. She works as a farmer, typically making US$1 a day. Her husband, Moun Soa, is a construction worker who typically makes about US$4 a day. Soun S. P. would like a loan of US$1000 to purchase a trailer and build a stand to sell vegetables at the market. She believes that these purchases will allow her to increase her income and be able to better support her large family.
