Sen Y C. is a widow who lives with two of her children in the province of Kampong Cham. She operates a grocery store and makes US$3 a day. She is aided by two children who each work as a taxi driver and a grocery seller in the village. Mrs. Sen would like to take out a loan to purchase more groceries to meet her clients' demand.
