The Semilla Association belongs to the main center of Los Andes, located in the Villa Tunara zone of the city of El Alto. They have worked alongside Pro-Mujer for the past eight years, approximately. All the members want to improve their businesses so they are asking for a loan to buy merchandise and raw materials, depending on their business. They are sure their sales will increase and they will earn enough to solve their families' problems.

La asociación “Semilla” pertenece al centro focal Los Andes, ubicado en la zona de Villa Tunara de la ciudad de El Alto, trabaja junto a Pro-Mujer hace ocho años, aproximadamente.
Casadas en su mayoría tienen un promedio de cinco hijos cada una, en algunos casos sus parejas las abandonaron teniendo que hacerse cargo ellas solas de sus familias, es por ello que tuvieron la necesidad de buscar actividades propias que les permita generar recursos para el bien de sus familias.
La asociación “Semilla” tiene diversas actividades, venden; ropa, queso, verduras, fruta, zapatos, otras venden chompas y mantillas tejidas a mano. Todas las socias quieren mejorar sus negocios, para esto solicitan mayor capital para comprar mercadería y materia prima, dependiendo el caso. Están seguras que sus ventas aumentaran y podrán obtener ingresos suficientes para solventar sus familias.
