Nicaragua
Chinandega, Nicaragua / Personal Housing Expenses

A loan of $250 helped pay for a solar panel for his home.

Terencio's story

In the municipality of Chinandega city Mr. Terencio V. farms corn. Currently it is the harvest and he harvests the corn in large sacks that will later be sold. The situation that Terencio has faced for a long time is that in his community they don’t have electrical power because they are in a distant zone, and because of this he decided to solicit Ceprodel for a loan in order to buy a solar panel for his home so he may have the use of at least two lamps to provide light at night and enable him to finish his farming.

Upon acquiring the panel he will need to pay the bill so he hopes that Ceprodel will provide him a loan to help purchase the panel and in this way continue to support his family which consists of his wife and two small children for whom he has to provide the education that they need.
