Margarita's story

Margarita is a member of the Bancomunal Siempre Juntas. She has a live in partner and is 33 years old. She has three children ages 11, 10, and 8 who all attend public school. Margarita was raised by her relatives because her parents past away when she was young. Her father-in-law started a construction materials transportation business with rented cars. Now his children continue to run the business and her husband drives one of the trucks. Margarita visits the clients and collects the payments.

She needs a loan of 3,000 soles in order to purchase gasoline and pay for the garbage dump. Since working with FINCA, she has learned how to operate the business, be more organized, and has been able to teach her husband what she learns at the Bancomunales.

Margarita's dream is to own a dump truck.
