A loan helped a member to purchase palm oil.

Bandu Group's story

Muhima is a shopkeeper, the president of the Bandu banque villageoise and a client of IMF Hekima. She is a 41-year-old married mother to five children, all of whom are receiving an education. She has been selling foodstuffs at a town market for 12 years. She wants to purchase palm oil. Her husband works as a nurse. He was the one who helped her start her business. Muhima hopes to increase her working capital and be able to offer her children an education and keep them well fed. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima for the support they give to entrepreneurs excluded from the traditional banking system.
