Cusco Sur Group's story

This bank is called "Cusco Sur" (South Cusco), and was founded 8 years ago, enabling the development of its original members up until the current day, and they continue to acquire new members, so that they too can have the opportunities that the others had. This bank is located in the central offices in the city of Cusco.

The eighteen members of this bank are artists from the southern part of the city of Cusco. There are five women and thirteen men and they take turns creating their art and showing it for sale. The money they make allows them to bring home better food and to achieve a more just education for their younger children. These members carry in their blood an ancient skill inherited from their ancestors which shapes their works and allows them to continue creating their culture and transmitting it year after year.

Our members, as they are hard-working and accomplished, are committed to paying back the loan that is granted to them in the specified period. They appreciate your support of their dreams of accomplishing their projects.
