GIOVANNA L. VIDUARRE is leader of the bank. She lives in Km 9, in the "4th of March" neighborhood and has her own house.

Her main job is cosmetic sales. For about three years she has worked in this. She is a very responsible person. She likes working together with the women to share their experiences and knowledge.

LUZMILA BETHZABE Q. is secretary of the community bank. She sells food. For about three years, she has worked from the same location. She lives in her parent’s house with her son and is a single mother.

Her dream is to open her own restaurant in Km 9, in order to increase her income and to be able to give a better life to her children who are already studying.

CLAUDIA G. VIDUARRE – Claudia is the treasurer of the community bank. Her main job is selling cosmetics through magazine ads. For one year, she has worked in this. Her second job is baking bread. She works as an apprentice so her earnings are in percentages.

Her goal is to keep working. “The money that is paid out to me with this loan is the beginning of another job,” she said.

Es un banco comunal compuesto D. 17 personas, el cual pertenece a la Localidad del km.9 a la ciudad D. Santa Cruz, la mayoría D. los clientes se dedican al comercio D. ropa, cosméticos, frutas y venta D. comidas.
GIOVANNA L. V..- es la líder del banco ella vive en el Km.9 en el barrio 4 D. marzo cuenta con casa propia.
Su actividad principal es la venta D. cosméticos con lo que viene trabajado desD. hace aproximadamente tres años, es una persona muy responsable, le gusta trabajar con señoras para compartir sus experiencias y conocimientos.
LUZMILA BETHZABE Q..- es la secretaria del banco comunal. La actividad a la que se dedica es la venta D. comida venD. en su mismo domicilio hace unos tres años aproximadamente. Vive en la casa D. sus padres con su hijo y es madre soltera.
Su sueño es colocar en el Km.9 un restaurante propio, para así mejorar sus ingresos y poder darles una vida mejor a sus hijos ya que ellos se encuentran estudiando.
CLAUDIA G. V..- La Sra. Claudia es la Tesorera del banco comunal. Su actividad principal es la venta D. cosméticos por medio D. revistas (promotora), hace un año que viene trabajando con el mismo, y como segunda actividad tiene la D. la elaboración D. pan, es decir trabaja como ayudante en la cual su ganancias es en porcentajes.
Su meta es seguir trabajando, “el dinero que me fue desembolsado con este préstamo es el inicio una actividad mas”, comentó.
