Tanith's story

Tanith belongs to the communal bank "Mujeres para el futuro 11" (Women For The Future II). She live is in Jr. Napoleón Chu s/n, in the distict of Tarapoto, and the state of San Martín. She is 26 years old and is the mother of a daughter. She lives with her boyfriend, who makes a living driving a taxi driver. He also helps her a lot with all of the housework. With the first loan that Tanith received she decided to invest in the purchase of fruit to sell at the market.

Presently, Tanith has a space in the market where she sells fruits from the area. She sells different fruits each day so that her sales will be better. She makes a profit each day and this makes her be able to pay her loan on time.

Now she is asking for a loan of 1,500 Soles, which she will pay back in 4 months. She will buy fruit in large sacks, bananas from the region, fresh coconuts, and she will also buy beauty products which she will sell from her house.

Tanith is very happy because of the opportunity that Manuela Ramos gives to her. She is growing as an entreprenuer and as a woman.
