A loan of $875 helped purchase of merchandize (spare parts) for retail.

Rosa's story

Rosa is a member of the Communal Bank “La Julenita” in the district of Juli in the province of Chuchito. She is 33 years old, has three children, and has a high school education.

She has worked with the Manuel Ramos Movement for 6 years, and has her own business selling spare parts. Her first loan was for 300 new soles and she used it to purchase merchandize for her business.

With this loan of 2,800 new soles, which Rosa will repay in 6 monthly installments, she will purchase and sell more products with the purpose of expanding her business. She hopes to increase her income, and with that invest back into her business and the education of her children.

Rosa promises to repay her loan, just like she did with her last one, and she sends her thanks to the Manuela Rosa movement for their support of women.
