Rehema's story

Rehema has owned a small charcoal store and has been a juice and clothes seller in the Mikunguni neighborhood of Zanzibar for 1 year. She currently earns an average monthly profit of $40. Every day she works at her business. She is requesting her second loan from BRAC Tanzania so that she can buy more charcoal, juice, and clothes for her business. She is hoping that through this loan, her profit will increase and she will be able to grow her business in order to save money and pay the school fees of her children.



Rehema is 27 years old, married, and has 3 children, ages 11, 7, and 2.
