Mónica Eulalia's story

Mónica is a member of the “Sacuyo” Communal Bank, in the Asunción area of the Sacuyo community, Acora district, Puno province, Puno department. She is 23 years old, married, has a son, and has completed secondary school.

She has worked with Manuela Ramos only recently. She buys and sells livestock. Her first loan for 500 soles and she feels happy because this enabled her to buy food such as alfalfa seeds, barley, bran and more.

With this loan for 800 soles, she will be able to buy expand her business, investing in buying barley to be able to buy silage, mineral salts, and vitamins to help her livestock achieve a good weight and be good quality. All this she does to help her family’s financial situation. She promises to punctually pay her loan in three monthly payments.
