Doña Idalia tiene 37 años de edad, habita en Hialeah II etapa en la ciudad de Managua su negocio es una tienda de ropa y zapatos, también vende refrescos desde hace ocho años esta en la venta que inicio con ahorro, tiene un hijo de 16 años de edad, que estudia y por las tarde le ayuda en la venta. Para aumentar su inventario y ofertar productos variados a su clientela hizo solicitud de crédito en Afodenic lo cual se siente apoyada y beneficiada por sus préstamo con este es el octavo lo cual va ha invertir en la compra de útiles escolares ya que viene el ingreso a clase y se vende mucho. Sus objetivos es implementar nuevos segmentos de mercado en donde sastifaga las necesidades del cliente, sus planes es poder ayudar a su hijo a que cierre el ciclo de sus estudios para que sea un hombre profesional.
