Mr. Agustin is married and is 48 years old. He has worked in the Alcaldia Muncipal of Juigalpa as a guard for 6 years. His wife doesn’t work outside the house. She washes and irons during the week. She uses the money she earns for the expenses, and his salary is used to pay his loans and to fund unexpected expenses. Their children are adults and aren’t under their responsibility. They have only one child who is in secondary school. This client is requesting his second loan, which will be used to build a bathroom and sanitary services inside her house with the intention of offering security to his family so that they won’t have to go out to the patio. This is important because the women are sometimes in the house alone at night when he is working. Some days, he works during the days and other days during the nights. His first loan was used to improve his home, since it is difficult to put together enough money to buy foundation slabs. With the loan, he agrees that each month, after the payment, he has to pay the installment that is already established.
