A loan helped to buy a cow.

Glenda Maricela's story

Glenda, 32, studied until the second grade, is a single mother, has two small children in school, and lives together with her grandmother. Since she was 15, she has made a living making artisanal bread, which she learned because of her economic situation and her single motherhood; when her children finish school, they help her to go and sell bread.

Glenda needs this loan to buy a cow, with the purpose of having milk to use to make bread, and thus she will obtain better profits and she will be able to give everything she needs to her family.

Glenda's dream is to maintain her business and for her children to study and to one day become professional and achieve everything she couldn't do.
