Con tantos años de elaborar alimentos ha logrado convertirse en una excelente cocinera que prepara exquisitos platillos especialmente la fritanga nicaragüense.

Con el propósito de adquirir la materia prima para elaborar los alimentos, ella hoy en día ha acudido a Ceprodel para ser beneficiada con un crédito para continuar con la elaboración de los alimentos.
