A loan of $1,000 helped to cover the costs of repairing the truck, but above all to invest in the purchase of stone.

Oscar Danilo's story

In a truck weighed down by quarry stone, Oscar Danilo travels to the different communities of his city. Previously, he got a loan which he used to purchase and resell the stone, since then this has been the business which has allowed him to become independent and get ahead with his family.

The truck that he drives for his business needs technical maintenance, so he asks for loans to cover the costs of the repairs on the truck, but above all to invest in the purchase of stone.

For Oscar, this business has been very profitable. He plans to take advantage of the high demand in this season to improve his income. Among his goals is also purchasing another truck and in this way expanding his business to more distant communities. He considers that the ambition to help his loved one is what keeps him strong in the struggle.
