La señora Luisa tiene 26 años, está casada y tiene 2 hijo. Ella posee una pequeña fabrica de chipas y la misma esta dedicada hace mas de 9 años, además de esta actividad también vende en su domicilio artículos de mercería, también ropa especialmente para dama, etc.
Con estas actividades consigue generar ingresos, y así aportar para cubrir los gastos de la familia, por supuesto se siente muy satisfecho en ayudarle a su marido para hacer frente a los compromisos familiares.
Los préstamos obtenidos de la Fundación Paraguaya, lo invirtió en la compra de mercaderías en cantidad como ser almidón, quesos, leñas, aceites entre otros productos.
El objetivo de la señora Luisa es la instar frente a su domicilio un puesto de venta de chipas durante esta temporada de festividades de la virgen de Caacupé, ya que en años anteriores le fue muy bien y logro registrar muy buena venta de sus productos.
