Mrs. Thul P. is a group leader of four members who all live in Khnong village in Kampong Chhnang province. Mrs. Thul P. and her husband, Mr. Chhai Chhon, are farmers who own a small piece of land to cultivate rice to earn their living. In this plantation, they can gather only a little rice revenue which cannot support the family well. In order to improve their living conditions, Mrs. Thul P. decided to ask for a loan to buy piece of land to cultivate to expand her rice revenue. Mrs. Thul P. is 37 years old and the mother of five children, four of whom are attending the local school while the youngest one is too young to work or study because that child four years old.
