A loan helped to purchase agricultural supplies to care for her coffee crop.

Noemy's story

Noemy is 42 years old, married, and the mother of a child who lives with her and who supports her with the different work and tasks that she does in the countryside in coffee planting and cultivation. She went up to the 6th grade in the primary school thanks to her efforts and the support of her parents who themselves taught her to work the land which she cultivates and grows coffee, but like everything in life, her greatest challenge is keeping her crop clean, free from pests and diseases which deteriorate the plant and the bean such as rust. Currently, she needs help for the purchase of fertilizer and manure to maintain and strengthen the land and the plants so that the beans are of a good size and aren't affected by the climatic changes. Her plan is to expand her coffee crop more, to strengthen the plants to have an excellent harvest, and to generate income for herself and her family, developing capital with which she can turn around to reinvest it in her crop and get out of her obligations.
