A loan of $975 helped to buy fabrics and 'pagnes'.

Ablair Ayolao's story

Born in Lomé, the capital of Togo, Ms. V. is a 45-year-old woman who makes ready-to-wear clothing. She buys fabrics and 'pagnes' (colorful West African cloth) and uses them to make dresses and outfits for women. She opened her shop in 2007 and is requesting this initial loan to buy supplies to make clothing in order to serve her customers better. Ms. V. is married to a customs agent, and they have two children to look after.
