A loan of $500 helped increase clothes to sell at market.

Juana's story

Juana is 42 years old, is divorced and lives with her two children, Sheyla, 21 and Paul, 18. She sells clothes in one of the busiest markets in the city of Juliaca. She leaves her house very early and returns at 7 or 8 p.m. in order to maximize her sales. Juana’s children are very supportive and it is because of them that she wants to get ahead and is asking for our help to achieve her goals. She knows that working hard like she is now will help her achieve good things for her family. This is Juana’s second loan with Microfinanzas Prisma. With the loan money she will buy more clothes to sell in order to take advantage of the increased demand during the holidays.
