Jeannette Akagbe's story

Born in 1960 in Accra, Ms. J. A. is married to an auto mechanic and is the mother of six. She assists her husband with her small business making and selling "zogobon" cornmeal porridge. She often faces inventory shortages of essential ingredients and is requesting financing to build a substantial inventory of corn. This business very much enables her to help her husband address the needs of the family and the children's schooling.
